How Much Could I Save?
Example with $200,000 purchase price with Seller's Broker and Buyer's Broker splitting 6% commission.
1. Buyer would be entitled to rebate of 1/3 of 3% commission or 1%.
2. $200,000 purchase price times 1% = $2,000 rebate paid to you the Buyer.
