Rate One Realty offers a Fee for Service program where the Seller can list his home on the MLS for a fee of $495.00 due at the time of listing.  If you find a buyer for the property yourself  or decide not to sell you owe nothing more!  If your property is sold by a realtor you owe only owe a 3% commission for the agent representing the Buyer and .5% (.05) administrative fee to Rate One Realty to be paid at closing. 

What Does Rate One Realty's Fee for Service Program Include?

• We will list your house on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) until it is sold up to one year.
• When you receive an offer from an agent we will guide you from the contract negotiations through closing
• Marketing on major real estate web sites and other company web sites
• Digital photos of your property
• Yard sign

Your responsibilities would include

• Scheduling showings of your property
• Open Houses
• Additional advertising such as print media, e.g. newspaper ads for an open house

Optional - Electronic lock box rental for listing period ($100.00) to allow other agents secure and trackable access to show your home.

When the Buyer of your home is represented by an agent 

• Seller would pay in total 3% commission, the .5% (.05) administrative fee plus the initial prepaid fee for service of $495 ~ Savings to you of $4,505!

When you find the  Buyer of your home 

• Seller would pay only the initial prepaid fee for service of $495 ~ Savings to you of  $11,505!
• Rate One Realty will handle your transaction from creating the contract  through inspections to closing for a .5% (.05) administrative fee should you choose so
