While all commissions are negotiable in the state of Kentucky by law the typical rates established by most companies are 6% or 7% depending on the purchase price. Some companies also charge administrative fees in addition to the commission.
Rate One Realty will list your home for 2% of the sales price plus the typical 3% cooperating commission paid to the Buyer's Broker for a total commission of 5%. If Rate One Realty also represents the Buyer of your home we will reduce that portion of the commission to 2% as well for a total commission of 4%.
